Effective July 1, 2024, the Chief Judge for the 19th Judicial District Court is Judge Wilson E. Fields. In October 2001, Judge Fields was elected Judge for Division O of the 19th Judicial District Court. Judge Fields previously served as Chief Judge from 2019 through 2022.
