Please fill out the form located in the link above to request an extension for cases held with the 19th Judicial District Court Traffic Division. Once completed, a member of the 19th Judicial District Court will contact you within 3 business days to provide you with a new Court date. SUBMIT A DEFENSIVE DRIVING SCHOOL CERTIFICATE OR DECLARATION LETTER: CLICK HERE

Please use the form located in the link above to provide the 19th Judicial District Court Traffic Division with proof of insurance by means of a Declaration Letter or a certificate of completion from a Court approved Defensive Driving School. Once completed, a member of the 19th JDC Traffic Division will contact you within 3 business days to walk you through the payment process after processing your documents. What is proof of compliance? Proof of compliance is evidence of a new driver's license, a valid MVI sticker on your ticketed vehicle, valid registration, insurance, or anything that shows you have corrected the issue that you were ticketed for.

Please use the form located in the link above to provide proof of compliance for the District Attorney's Office to review. Upon receiving these documents, the Court will submit your case and supporting documents to the District Attorney's Office in hopes of reaching a resolution without having to physically attend Court. Please allow 5-7 days for the District Attorney's Office to review your case. Upon receiving your file back from the Assistant District Attorney, a member of the Traffic Division will call you to alert you as to what action was taken on your case, if any.
