What is proof of compliance? Proof of compliance is evidence of a new driver's license, a valid MVI sticker on your ticketed vehicle, valid registration, insurance, or anything that shows you have corrected the issue that you were ticketed for.

Please use the form located in the link above to provide proof of compliance for the District Attorney's Office to review. Upon receiving these documents, the Court will submit your case and supporting documents to the District Attorney's Office in hopes of reaching a resolution without having to physically attend Court. Please allow 5-7 days for the District Attorney's Office to review your case. Upon receiving your file back from the Assistant District Attorney, a member of the Traffic Division will call you to alert you as to what action was taken on your case, if any.
